Hello, I'm Alix!
I have been teaching French as a foreign language for nearly 10 years, between Paris and Fontainebleau, to adults from all over the world, both in person and online.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of learners (students, expats, families, professionals, Erasmus students), notably at the Sorbonne, Sciences Po and the Institut Catholique de Paris, as well as in private language schools and Parisian start-ups.
My lessons are built around your needs and goals! I teach all levels from A0 to C1, with a strong focus on speaking and an approach that is hands-on, playful and creative. The aim: to learn real, everyday French, with its idioms and cultural quirks, so you dare to speak and grow in confidence, at your own pace :)
As well as lessons for personal or professional purposes, I also prepare students for the DELF and DALF exams. I hold a Master's in Teaching French as a Foreign Language and a Master's in Applied Foreign Languages (English and Spanish), so I can draw on both languages to make some points easier to grasp.
Curious, attentive and creative, I also draw inspiration from my passions: dance, yoga, music and the arts. They shape my teaching and my wish to make every lesson lively, creative and genuine.
